ROOF REPLACEMENT SCOPE OF WORK

The existing commercial roof on Frugal MacDoogal was EPDM that had exceeded it’s life expectancy and leaking. Frugal MacDoogal maintains a valuable inventory inside their store! Because of this, and an old leaking roof had to be addressed! Our commercial estimators worked to find the best solution that fit their specific roofing needs and budget. After reviewing all of the option, our recommendation was a new TPO overlay flat roof from Carlisle.

TPO Commercial Roofing from Carlise

Our commercial roof estimators recommended that the existing EPDM roof be left in place but prepared to allow a new TPO fleece back roof to be installed. This project required:

Cut and vent one the existing one layer EPDM roof
Sweep and remove all loose debris.
Mechanically attach Carlsile 100 mil TPO White Fleece back roof system – overlay.
Properly flash all penetrations
Install new edge metal around perimeter, color to be selected.
