We start our customer service commitment by assigning a project manager as a point of contact for every customer. We then email our customers and provide them with the operation manager’s contact information. We want our customers to know that we value their business, and if they are ever unhappy or have any questions, they can call the office or email the Operations Manager direct.
We also call each customer and follow up after their project has started to ensure that the project is going well. Why? Because our vision as Nashville’s Roofers is to achieve HAPPY CUSTOMERS!
