Very quick response and James Kuykendall did a great job working with our insurance company to make sure we were well taken care of and the job was done right. Our fence and shed were damaged by falling limbs and needed repairing. It may not have been a big job, and other contractors did refuse the work because it was small. Zach of MidSouth worked closely with USAA to remediate and repair an upstairs shower leak which damaged the living room ceiling below. Shower plumbing, walls, floor, glass were replaced. Drywall and ceiling repairs were done. There were several subcontractors involved; all were thorough and conscientious, well coordinated by Zach. The end result is outstanding. We had roof damage from the recent storm.  Greg was very responsive and was able to make a temporary repair until the final repair parts could be fabricated. 1000 stars!   I cannot say enough good about the service I received from James for my roof and carport. He handled everything from insurance all the way through the after process. I had several companies that my insurance company sent and all gave me the runaround and absolutely were not customer service based.    James showed up and absolutely made us feel like family and walked us through everything,  James checked us on after the ice storm to make sure we were ok and that our roof and gutters held up.   To have someone from Nashville taking care us was fantastic.   If you are looking for a new roof, carport or gutters in the Nashville area, I cannot recommend MidSouth enough and ask for James .   You will not be disappointed!
