MidSouth Construction joins hands with No Roof Left Behind and will be participating in a free roof give away to local residents.

Nashville TN“ MidSouth Construction, LLC announced it is now accepting nominations for its FREE ROOF PROGRAM – No Roof Left Behind Campaign. This program provides free roofs to local community members in need.
Nominations are being accepted at RoofingbyMidSouth.com now through Dec 31, 2016. The process is simple. Anyone can participate and nominate a friend, neighbor or family member in need of a new roof. Everyone is encouraged to get the word out and nominate those in need! We are counting on the public to help us find those in our community who are in need! From the submissions, four finalists will be selected for the final online public voting campaign.

The four finalists stories and photos will be displayed on Midsouth Constructions No Roof Left Behind homepage. A direct link to this page will also be placed on their main webpage to ensure easy access for everyone. Starting on January 15, the public will able to vote for the finalist they feel is most deserving. The winner will be revealed online on February 25, 2017.

Nominees must own the home they are living in and be a resident of Davidson or Rutherford County. Also, the free roof recipient must be current on his/her mortgage payments. Nominees will be accepted until December 31, 2016. A team of local volunteers will review all the nominees and four will be selected as finalists.

Midsouth Construction, LLC joined the No Roof Left Behind initiative as a way to give back to the Davidson and Rutherford County that has brought them tremendous success as one of the top roofing contractors headquartered in Nashville. Owner Austin Burton had this to say about the program. We are proud to be part of No Roof Left Behind. What is No Roof Left Behind?

No Roof Left Behind is a nationwide program that helps communities organize and help a local family in need. The program gives a local contractor the framework to provide a new roof system at no cost to a deserving homeowner experiencing hard times.

How Does the FREE ROOF Program Work?

It starts with nominations!

Please help!  Nominate a family in need!

Residents who cannot afford the cost of a new roof can nominate themselves. Friends, relatives and neighbors can also nominate families or individuals in need! We need the help of the community to find those in need! Each nominee then submits a story and photo of their existing roof system for consideration.

Once the nomination period closes, we will be narrowing down the list to four finalists. An online vote will determine the winner of the new roof! Midsouth Construction, top rated Nashville roofing contractors, will then install a new GAF Roofing system on the home of the winning family.

Nashville, TN  MidSouth Construction,LLC Â announced the four finalists have been selected in its 1^st annual No Roof Left Behind ^TM community program. Voting will be open online from May 1 through May 31, 2017!

This is our first free roof program at Midsouth Construction and it has demonstrated that there is a huge need for more community service projects! Â It was very difficult to narrow the selection down to only four finalists! After a lot of deliberations among the nominations we received, these are our final four finalists!

• Finalist 1: Judy Robinson of Nashville, TN nominated by herself.  Judy has been unemployed since February 2016 and has also had to take care of her three grandchildren. She paid a contractor to install a new roof several years ago but the roof was improperly installed!  Judy and has had constant leaks and even mold because of her “new” roof which has been nothing but a problem!  Judy cannot afford to pay out of pocket to have this roof replaced.

• Finalist 2: Nena Dagen Hoskins of Goodlettsville, TN nominated by Syreeta Hoskins.  Neena and Syreeta moved to TN in 2014 from New Jersey and are raising Syreeta’s niece and nephew because their family situation in NJ was not good. They are a family of four but only Syreeta is working while Nena is going to school. Their roof is in extremely bad shape and they have no insurance.

• Finalist 3: Carrie Parman of Antioch, TN nominated by her mother, Debbie Parman. Her roof is 15 years old and is worn, weathered and storm damaged to the point that she now has water circles appearing in her upstairs bedroom. She purchased her home 5 years ago, however, hard times have fallen upon her more than a few times and each time harder than the last. She has almost lost her home a couple of times and her homeowners insurance sky rocketed because she tragically had a little girl drown in her pool. She also helps to co-raise her nephew and 2 nieces.  She is a hardworking, giving person who has fallen on hard times and just needs a little help!

• Finalist 4: Maria Arthur of Murfreesboro TN nominated by her daughter, Jade Arthur. Jade was born with a large facial tumor called a Hemangioma and Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis.  Maria gave up her career to care for Jade and the family has struggled to make ends meet ever since. Jade wrote that her Mom and dad recently learned that their home needs a new roof which they definitely cannot afford.  Jade would love for her parents to win the free roof to take that burden off of them and to say thank you for all of the sacrifices they have given Jade!

One of these community members will receive a complete roofing system absolutely FREE  valued between $6,000 and $9,500 from Midsouth Construction, Master Elite GAF Roofing Contractor in Nashville. We had an incredible number of wonderful nominees this year. The process to narrow to the final four was extremely challenging, said Austin Burton, Owner of MidSouth Construction. Our finalists are all very deserving and we look to our community to help us pick our winner with their votes.
